What our Warranty Policy Covers
- Covers any defects in materials used to manufacture your product
- Covers any defects in workmanship under normal use
- Covers any broken components under normal use
What We will do to Correct any Problems with Your Product
- The company will repair or replace your Pinch Perfect, at no cost, if the product is still under warranty
- The company may replace some or all parts of the product and ship them to you at no cost to you
The product may/will be replaced or refunded after we review and determine the item repair is not feasible.
 How Long Does the Coverage Last?
All Pinch Perfect Products are covered for 60 days from the date of purchase.  Â
Longer warranty periods exist for new products. These will be listed separately
Trident Tool - Initial Purchases Warranty Period
Purchases from April 20 - May 20 2024 Warranty length is 120 days.Â
What does this Warranty Policy not cover?
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence or misuse
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
- Items wear components through normal use: Foam Padding on handles and Theraband tubing
